Banana Bread Beer by Wells Missing an element to be a rich tasting Banana Bread Beer, but it's still good. It's light-tasting, almost bordering on watery, so if you're in the mood for a light adventure, this is worth a try.

Just tried some 12 yr old Glenfiddich !! Wow.. smooth and tasty !
Comparing it to some Jameson Caskmates .. stout .. wow .. good night and good whiskeys ..
Can't pick a winner. More research required

Some other gamers kept telling me that I had to try Not Your Father's Rootbeer, but I haven't come across it yet. I did try a different brand of root beer Beer (Dusty Boots Hard Root Beer) and it seemed kind of an odd taste combo. I didn't think that pop + beer of any flavour would be good, but I was wrong. Hello, Over The Barrel Grape! This drink definitely blurs the line between a girly drink and a beer and a pop. They have other pop flavours like cream soda, blueberry and black cherry. Looks like my summer is going to blur the lines as well ;-P

ZING!! Got two beers to add to my fabulous list. First off, is the Limited Release, Cold Smoke, Smoked Porter by Mt Begbie Brewing Co. I posted one other "smoked" tasting beer in this thread and this is another one to add to the list. Delicious. Want to go camping or sit in my grandparent's living room by their woodstove kind of nostalgia. It's "cozy" like being wrapped in a heated blanket during a frigid blizzard. These are some of my favourite things...and so is this beer. Second beer is Cherazz Belgian Style FruitBeer by big Rock Brewery. The description on the bottle claims that they didn't hold back on the fruit and that it payed off. They're right. I'm seeing a lot more fruity beers in my liquor store and I don't think I've ever had a bad one. This one is very strong on the fruit flavour and it matches well with the beer "style".

Had one of these the other night. Brewed using the yeast in that guy's beard (Rogue Brewmaster John Maier). It was really good!

All three of them hide the ABV very well and taste like NA root beer, cream soda and ginger ale, respectively. It's obviously very sweet, so you may not want more than one or two at a sitting. Let me know if you can't find it, I'm happy to send you some! *Edit: Tried the NYF ginger ale again this weekend and there was a soapy taste in it for me. Could have just been old (it's been in the basement for a couple of months), but it's definitely their least favorite of mine. I'm a big fan of the root beer and cream ale.

It seems the root beer alcoholic drinks are becoming a popular thing now. So many different brands that we didn't see before and.......ONE that we certainly have heard about Finally sitting down to drink some Imported Not Your Father's Root Beer and it's the best I've had out of the alcoholic root beer drinks that I've tried.

Picked these up a couple of days ago... The Kavanaugh single malt is VERY smooth with more than a hint of vanilla, VERY TASTY. The Suntory Toki is the stronger of the two but still VERY SMOOTH and TASTY.

Jim Beam Distiller's Masterpiece - Best bourbon I've ever had by a long shot! Also I recently picked up a bottle of Crown Royal XR (Blue Box) and its really good, though I prefer the now discontinued Crown Royal Cask No 16

Two beers by Minhas Craft Brewery: Boxer Apple Ale and Boxer Watermelon. Who knew jolly ranchers could be brewed?! Neither of these taste like beer, but instead taste like fruit coolers. Next on the list is Viking Chili Stout by Hornbeer (from Denmark) This beer puts my homemade chili to shame, so next time I'll add this beer into the batch. It has a nice afterburn that is quite flavourful. Finally, Longboat Chocolate Porter by Phillips Brewing Company. Satisfied my chocolate craving just fine

Quite possibly the BEST beer I have EVER tasted. This was RICH, CREAMY, and with very distinct Vanilla and Chocolate notes. This was very good with my fish and chips and would have been amazing with any meat dish. I would even pour it over vanilla ice cream. I need to see where I can get this stateside.
