Well .. we can try a 6 team league .. 2 divisions .. but would be nice to come up with 4 or 6 more ..

Are we willing to accept "outsiders"? I have a friend, also a gamer, that has never done fantasy football but would be interested if we would be willing to let him play along.
I told him that y'all would ask 'is he a douche?' - to which his reply was - "not really, sometimes a little." So that's honest at least. LOLZ
For folks that know him - it's Fred, Annette's hubby

I would be fine with it .. but we need even numbers of players, and preferable at least 12.

I can get 1 more to fill to make 8. 8 to me is about the minimum you need if you want to keep divisions. 10 would be max league size in my opinion. Any more then that then newcomers to the league will be lost after about round 6.
