Hey now gang!

You may or may not have heard about the earthquake that hit the coast of Ecuador on April 16th, which has killed 650 people and injured almost 18,000 more, but communities down there are hurting, so, as a favor to a good friend of mine, I'm reaching out where I can to try and get some help.

There are a lot of organizations doing good work down there, but I'd like to give a shout out the program being sponsored by my friend Alaire, a fellow Linfield College student who is currently in Ecuador on a semester-long study abroad program. Alaire, along with a bunch of other study abroad students, are trying to help provide cheap microflush toilets that do not require engineering or water to function, to help prevent the spread of disease in affected communities. I implore you, please give if you are at all able, or even just share this link to spread the word.

Exchange Students For Ecuador

Thanks all,

Irm
