Thanks Koook. It was a very tough day for me. Ran the first half in 2:08 (on pace to beat my best time) and then fell apart mentally and physically and ran 3:15 for the second half. Interestingly it went from being about 'how fast can i run this' to 'do i have the fortitude to hang in here, tears and all, even when my body is a wreck and i have 12 miles left'

This morning I feel pretty okay and glad it's done.
