The church I grew up going to was moved recently, the moving company consisted of only 3 guys. Not something we see every day around here so I thought I might share a time-lapse someone made.



I'm the one in yellow when the concrete is being poured.

They slowly jacked it up and placed blocks under it. Following that they slid I beams under and rejacked it so that the truck and trolleys could fit under, at which point it was lowered onto the truck/trolleys.

After moving it into place it was jacked some 10/12 ft in the air and placed on blocks until the structural steel was put in place to hold it up.
