If you got BBC America, there is some news on the Stig outing himself, as well as a link to an exclusive interview with Jeremy Clarkson talking about it, the canning if the Stig and the fact they are trying to figure out what to do now. I'll try to post links sometime when at home unless someone else wants to do so.

top gear is on 60mins this weekend!
http://transmission.blogs.topgear.com/2010/10/22/featured-on-60-minutes-this-weekend-top-gear/

60 Minutes. The most successful programme in US television history. Acknowledged masters of investigative reporting since 1968. Home of such broadcasting legends as Dan Rather, Walter Cronkite and Christiane Amanpour. Synonymous with blowing Watergate and Vietnam wide open on the screens of a nation. Winners of 78 Emmy Awards (making our ‘one’ look rather meagre).
And why are we banging on about this? Well, this weekend, they’ve decided to cover Top Gear.
Earlier in the year, while we were recording series 15, a crew from the show spent two weeks in our midst. No area was left uncovered, taking in such glamorous locations as Jeremy’s house, our production office at Dunsfold made of chipboard and UHU, and the back room of the Defector’s Weld pub on Shepherd’s Bush Green.
The report features interviews with all the presenters, as well as boss Andy Wilman and assorted others at Top Gear HQ. And it certainly sounds like presenter Steve Kroft successfully got to the heart of Top Gear in his time here. “The chemistry that exists between Richard, James and I has rather taken over… We really, genuinely loathe each other,” Jeremy is reported as saying over on the CBS site.
If you’re in the US, the show is this Sunday October 24 at 7pm (ET/PT) on CBS. If you get to watch it, do let us all back here at Top Gear know what you think in the comments below.
For the rest of the world, come back to TopGear.com on Monday when we’ll put up the full penetrating investigation. In the meantime, here’s a trailer.

I don't understand why they won't air the new episodes on BBC America. I hate having to watch low quality videos online.

You can usually find an HD video of the show on Streetfire. If nit, they also make appearances on YouTube. I watched HD video on Streetfire of episode 1 a few weeks ago.

Season 16 begins ! And .... BBC AMERICA is actually up to date with the BBC, instead of half a year behind !!!!!

Season 16 opens this Monday, February 7, at 9pm EST, 6pm PST. I believe they will show the special (find where Jesus was born in Nazareth) and follow it up with Episode 1 where they cruise the East Coast of the US !!! For those who have already watched these on Streetfire.com, like me, they are good. And Episode 1 is one of the BEST episodes you could ever watch ! Keep in mind this is after the Stig coming out and backstabbing the guys, which comes out in Episode 1.
