Aight guyz, Let me introduce myself first. Im Prototype89, i play Stronghold Kingdoms and im in Zerser's faction. I think we have a pretty good faction but long story short. I built my comp about 4 years ago, 2 years ago or less i had a major upgrade to it, switched motherboard/ram and CPU. it says my motherboard can hold 24 Gs of ram i have 16Gs right now.
The problem is my mother board doesn't detect the ram at its speed which is 1600 instead it detects it as 1333. I have gone to BIOS and switched it around and my computer kept restarting over and over again. I switched it back to 1333, its fine. I recently talked to Zerser and i tried doing it again and this time it gave me a black screen with info, saying overclocking failed. SO i had to go back and switch it back to 1333. I still cant identify the problem, if someone can give me some advice it would be much appreciate it :).

my motherboard http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/ ... CatId=7246
my ram http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/ ... CatId=3473
my power supply is 1000 W
