So I bought this mouse YESTERDAY, and I've got a pretty cool setup in game and whatnot. And I know that this mouse has on board memory for profiling purposes. I restarted my computer for the software to be installed correctly and it wouldn't start up. All I got was a black screen. So I figured since the only thing I changed was the house, I decided to unplug it, restart and see if that worked and it did. Now I don't want to have to unplug my computer every time I turn it on. How do I fix this?? |

are you installing the software that came with the mouse or downloading the latest software and firmware from the website |

I figured out the problem with the mouse. Well not actually the mouse, but my BIOS. I updated my BIOS on my mobo and everything now works better than ever. I figured out that my mobo hadn't been updated since I got it, and decided to try that. Well, I'm just glad I got everything up and working correctly. |
