Here is how I would like recruiting to be done for the time being. If this doesn't work we may need to try another approach later on but for now... You all may make recommendations on who you would like in the guild. Just post your recommendation here about why you want this guy/gal in the guild. You also need to have the person you want to join post in the general forums just to introduce themselves and so we get a chance to know who the person is, so there will be no surprise. They will be accepted as a member on a trial basis only and will only have access to the general forums to make it easy on the site admins and I think if someone decides to leave or flake out it would be during this time. After the 14 day trial period, and we get no bad vibes or complaints about them, they will be a full member of Renegade Heroes. |
