Titanfall

Okay, so we only saw trailers for it at E3, but at GamesCom, it's fully playable. Here's the latest gameplay from Gamescom (clearly this is played by the devs to make the game look good, but the point is it's playable now and still looking good).

The main player in this vid is a light assault class, who has a jetpack and can wall jump. There are other classes to play, and I think everyone can pilot a Titan.

I don't really care for BF3 or 4 (aside from it looking really nice), but this looks quite good, and FYI, it runs on a precursor to the Source 2.0 engine.

Titanfall is also the first game from the Respawn guys (original Infinity Ward devs) and I am quite excited for this game. I think it looks really good. I am hoping to see a bit of it at PAX next Friday.

So who's getting this? And who's getting it at launch? (March 11, that's 5 days from now!)

I know Ecterris is getting it for XB1 as well, and likely Ismot is too.

I played in the beta and that lead me to preorder it! I think my Origin name is Sayfailo -- if you can't find me, I'll add you! Do we still have a vent server or is the voice chat in-game serviceable (I didn't try it during beta)?

Bought Deluxe version for my PC and getting the standard edition for the XBone for my sons, plus I want to try on the Xbone as well

I'll buy this game as soon as the fix the bug with unnecessary resource packs eating up 35 extra GB. I literally don't have the space for the game right now. #SSDProblems

what bug are you talking about, the system requirements says 48gigs and that's what it took up on mine

Yeah, it's not a bug -- the audio is uncompressed so your computer doesn't have to decode it to help with performance.

I'm currently on Gen 5 working to try and finish the Gooser challenge before they patch it to make it easier - just 37 more to go lol.
