Hey now guys and gals. I tend to do quite a bit of browsing (and purchasing) of video games that are on discount, and find myself wanting to share what I find with the community, like the recent sale of Hitman: Absolution.

With that in mind, I thought it might be easier to just start a thread about it and update it once in a while when I find something new, as opposed to creating a new post each time.

Today, we have

Just Cause 2 over at GMG for $3.74 - link

Civ 5 gold edition at steam for $12.49 - link

Steam has a sale going on over the weekend for Ubisoft games -the sale titles change daily.

Right now the sale is I Am Alive ($5.09), From Dust ($3.74), and Rayman Origins ($6.79).

Of those, I would personally recommend From Dust - it's a pretty casual indie title that has you playing as the forces of nature in a pre-historic world.

Yki! I check around for sales damn near every day, and it really doesn't take much time to post anything up that I find - happy to do it. ^_^

Green Man Gaming is doing an indie game weekend. Plenty of standouts for sale at low prices.

I cannot recommend Dear Ester enough. It's really short, probably 4 hours from start to finish, but it's an amazing example of a unique way to use story telling in a game. For under $2.00 this one is my pick of the bunch.

Also, Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning is on sale for $7.49, which is a steal for this game. Unfortunately Skyrim (which I love) took the wind out of this game's sails, and the studio is no longer exists.

Green Man Gaming

On steam, Farcry 3 is $29.99 (as Jinxter mentioned earlier), and Assassin's Creed 3 is $32.49

Green Man Gaming is currently offering a pretty sweet Bioshock Infinite pre-order. If you Pre-purchase BioShock Infinite you get $15 GMG Credit, the original BioShock game free plus one of the following games free: Spec Ops: The Line , Civilization V, BioShock 2, Mafia II or The Darkness II.

Green Man Gaming

It's also worth noting that Spec Ops is free for playstation plus subscribers starting this month, so if you have a PS3 you may be better off getting one of the other games.
------

On steam, Assassin's Creed 3 has been marked down again, and is now $24.99
------
Gamefly has some pretty great deals going as well, with Deux Ex:Human Revolution at $4.99, and Hitman Absolution at $12.49.

If you haven't played it, Deux Ex is pretty damn cool. I recommend checking it out (for about the price of a coffee o_O).

Steam has an Indie game sale going on over the weekend. I'm about to go pick up Terraria for $2.49, and we'll see what else they discount as the sale continues.
-------------------

Origin has a player appreciation sale gong on this week - the deals aren't mind-blowing, but there are a few good ones, like Crisis 3 for $29.99

The Green Man Gaming Bioshock Infinite pre-order is getting better and better. It seems like them and Steam are having an arms race of sorts right now lol.

Currently, if you preorder Bioshock Infinite on GMG, you get The original Bioshock, XCOM: Enemy Unknown, $15 to spend in the GMG store, and one of the following games free: Spec Ops: The Line , Civilization V, BioShock 2, Mafia II or The Darkness II.

Green Man Gaming

Alright steam, your move!
----------------------

Gamefly has a TON of games on sale, including Borderlands 2 for $20, Dishonored for $24, XCOM for $15, Sleeping Dogs for $10 and lots more.

I've been busy lately and haven't taken the time to hunt for game deals, but this one is too big to fail (to mention).

Amazon has a video game sale going on right now, with over 1,500 games at varying rates of... discountedness, all the way up to 80% off.

Check it out here - Amazon

Gamefly just kicked off their summer sale. Bioshock infinite for $35 is the standout of what they have going on so far, but each day they will be adding more titles to the sale.

Thanks guys, much appreciated!

Green Man Gaming is running an inferno sale. 6 diferent games on sale, every 6 hours, for 6 days. No way I'll be able to keep up on all of them, so check over there often. Right now, Batman Arkham City GOTY + Arkham Asylum GOTY are bundled for $12.49, Alan Wake is $6, and Civ V is $7.49

Baldur's Gate Enhanced Edition is $5 on steam.

Gamefly has Bethesda games half off (Skyrim, Fallout, etc.).

The steam summer sale has arrived. Get out your wallets, it's time to buy everything you didn't know you always wanted.

A couple things to keep in mind before you go crazy. The daily deals for games are generally speaking the lowest prices you're going to see on that game during the sale. So for example, Bioshock Infinite is a daily deal today, at $29.99. It is unlikely that this will get any lower during the sale period.

Skyrim however is a flash sale. At $35.99, it's not a bad deal, but if it comes up later as one of the daily deals, it will likely cut another $5-10 off of that price, so it might be wise to wait. Lastly, the final day of the sale, they frequently bring everything that was for sale up till that point back for one last hoorah, at whatever the lowest price is that they ran it up till that point. If you have the patience to wait, and know you'll have the time to browse on the final day, it 'might' be worth it to wait it out. I say might because the final day could be some sort of other sale, like an indie game sale, in which case you'd be screwed.

That's all from me, go forth and conquer Renegades!

Thanks Zero :D

Day 2 of the steam sale is here - your daily deals are:

Chivalry, just cause 2, sniper ghost warrior 2, anno 2070, black ops 2, FTL, the walking dead, fez, and dark siders 2.

Of those I'm probably going to pick up FTL for $2.49, and Fez for $4.99 - I've been meaning to pick both of those up for a while now.

Day 3 of the steam summer sale is underway. The stand out for today is Tomb Raider for $12.49 - you're going to be hard pressed to find a better deal than that in the near future.

The daily deal games today are: Tomb raider, resident evil 6, rpg maker VX Ace, borderlands 2, stardrive, the witcher 2, sniper elite nazi zombie army, mars war logs, age of empires II, heroes of might and magic 6.
