PC's Best Free Games

I came across this article on kotaku http://kotaku.com/5687049/the-pcs-best-free-games-right-now, all of them are great, but one stuck out to me in particular: canabalt. Mostly because I have never heard of the game before....so after trying it out, freaking amazing. It is about a guy attempting to escape a city being destroyed by aliens/robots in which the path is randomly generated. So that of course means no end to the game. But the music (oh my the music so great) and the one button gameplay just makes it addicting and crazy fun. You can try the HD version of the game here: http://www.adamatomic.com/canabalt/mega/

Played Canabalt 3 times...got 1552 meters...not bad...could see wasting a bit of time on this one...

I am compelled to play Canabalt. I've played it at least once a week since it was published on kongregate. Pity the 2nd achievement is bugged for me.

It's not actually piracy, it's a tribute to those pirate carts for NES etc. Lots of little games, in one neat package, for free! I'm going to give some a spin later. I'll let you know if I find anything good.
